HPG1900 GONOIPHOTOMETER

System function                                         

It is employed to test the luminous intensity distribution and all kinds of photometry parameters of LED lightings, street light, indoor and outdoor lamps. Measured parameters including luminous intensity distribution curve, arbitrary cross-section of the luminous distribution curve, isocandela distribution curve, bright limit curve, zonal luminous flux, luminaires efficiency, glare, total luminous intensity, efficiency luminous flux, utilization factor, electricity parameters (power, power factor, voltage, current) and etc.

 

HPG1900 characteristics:

2Test result can output IESNAL file to meet the international standard, and can be regarded as the input data for the international luminaires software directly.

HPG1900 test Principle

Fix the detector and then rotation the lamps to reach measurement principle. The lamps are fixed in the two-columns working table, and then glow center of the lamps and rotation center of the working table should coincident by the laser aiming device. When the lamps rotate around the vertical axis, luminous intensity data of horizontal directions can be obtained; when the lamps rotate around the horizontal axis, luminous intensity data of vertical directions can be obtained. Both vertical and horizontal axis can continued rotate at the range of ±180°or 0°360°. According to the lamps measure requirements, the system can achieve B-βA-α or C-γ solutions. After luminous intensity data of all directions have been obtained, other photometry parameters can be work out by PC. In order to ensure the lamps are stable fixed, the system can be applied by two structures according to difference test solutions. The details as following:

1Double columns structure (B-β and A-α solutions)

It is use to test Grille lamps and etc. when fix the lamps, make sure the glare center of lamps and rotation center of working stable are coincident. In B-β coordinate system, lamps axis and horizontal axis of working table should coincident. In A-α coordinate system, lamps axis and horizontal axis of working table should coincident. Shown in Figure 2-1

2Single column structure (C-γ solution and Conical coordinate system)

They are used to test downlight, spotlight and etc. when fix the lamps; make sure the glare center of lamps and rotation center of working stable are coincident.

Lab Requirement

1 Room requirements (minimum size)

ADark room for the test rotation working table and photodetector

BDimension: height 2.5m, width: 3m, length: 6m-30m

C.  Wall: all interior walls, ceilings, floors should paint matte black

2.  Working room for controller cabinet, PC and printer    dimension: no less than 3m×3m

AEnvironment conditions:

Put a set of air-condition into the dark room to control ambient temperature to meet the IEC requirements.

A computer with Windows operation system and two RS-232 interface, a printer.

3. THP500 AC Power source              

Test Power Supply is a precise pure sine wave supply with 50/60Hz frequency and high power, high stability, low distortion. As an ideal standard AC power supply for harmonic test, it is particularly suitable to test electronic ballast, energy-saving lamp, television and other low power appliance. It meets the requirement of the standard of IEC1000-3-2, IEC555-2, IEC929, IEC969 and etc.

4Standard Light Source                       

The temperature and luminous flux of the standard light source are stability and reappearing under the condition of rated current; it is used in color temperature and luminous flux calibration, the measurements enable trace to CIES.

519inch standard instrument cabinet    

The cabinet can be used with our measure instruments, providing the full-set faceplate which enable to dustproof and against the electromagnetism, that’s catch with the international fashion;
